36 Students Narrowly Escape a Fire Attack on Jhunsi Bridge

Jhunsi: A bus carrying more than 36 students to a school picnic narrowly escaped an accident in Jhunsi. There were at least 36 students in the bus. Students were going to Nandan Kanan for their school picnic. It was there school bus and had the official driver supervising the same. The school authorities even deployed a conductor for keeping an eye on the children.


The incident took place on the Jhunsi Bridge but intelligence of the driver avoided any sort of calamity. It all started when engine started making some noise and the internal parts heated up to a considerable extent. The bus suddenly caught fire but the driver and conductor immediately halted the vehicle and concentrated on getting the students to safety. They extracted all the students from the bus by keeping their headcount into the account. Although the incident didn’t escalate to catastrophic proportions, probes are going on for detecting the issues related to the same.

Jhunsi police are looking further into this case and investigating the bus tyre which caught fire and started to spread across the vehicle.
