Jhunsi: With the law and order scenario worsening in the provincial areas of Allahabad, we are seeing a rise in the number of gang wars. The latest addition to this long list is a feud that started today near Jhunsi station. As reported, the gangs hailed from the Triveni Sangam area in Allahabad. A group, comprising of 5 individuals were about to board a train when the other gang incidentally arrived at the station. Things took an ugly turn when the first group recognized the other and instead of boarding an Allahabad bound train, they started off with a fight. Three members from the second group sustained grave injuries with a few stab wounds to show for.
Our correspondents arrived at the scene but by the time the news broke out, the gang war concluded. However, police officials didn’t reach the crime scene until an official report was lodged by a common passenger, waiting for his train at the station. This shows that the cops are pretty well versed with the deteriorating situation and prefer not to indulge in these activities. Some corrupt officials are also associated and it is there encouragement that’s actually worsening the situation at Jhunsi. However, it is a matter of time that Our Platforms start delving into the scene and start disclosing the names of the involved parties.
