Ashutosh Srivastava:

Ashutosh completed his schooling from Allahabad, Moradabad and Bareily. Later he took admission in Allahabad University where he entered student union politics. After completing his graduation in 1998, he had gone to Amrit Prabhat’s office with his father’s friend where the Editor asked him to make news out of a press release. Ashutosh was new and obviously made some mistakes. However, his writing style impressed the editor. Ashutosh accepted the offer and entered journalism. Later he joined United Bharat and then never looked back. He worked as sub editor in Dainik Jagran from 2003 to 2007 and then worked for Amar Ujala. Later, he again joined Jagran as a chief reporter and is now working with Our Platforms.

Kuldeep Srivastava:

Kuldeep originally belongs to Jaunpur. He came to Allahabad for studies and started his career in journalism from Amrit Prabhat and only a year later he was in Amar Ujala. He was made the deputy news editor in 2014. However, the digital revolution inspired him to join Our Platforms.

Ranvijay Singh:

Ranvijay Singh hails from Faizabad district but he now likes to be called an ‘Allahabadi’. He joined journalism 18 years back and worked in Amar Ujala. He is known for investigative stories. His own stories were better than the assignments given to him. After giving precious years of his life to print journalism, he is now working with Our Platforms.

Shanti Swarup

shanti swaroop

An Allahabadi by birth, Shanti Swarup loves making designs on computer. Although he had given his interview at Kanpur Amar Ujala for layout designer, the editors selected him as a reporter 18 years ago. He was transferred to Allahabad but he went to Patna where he joined Prabhat Khabar. He is now with Our Platforms where he hopes that he will be given a chance to display his designing skills.

Sanjay Dubey:

Sanjay Dubey is interested in literature but avoids using tough words. He does not talk much but is often spotted in symposiums. He selects words carefully and seldom repeats them. He later joined Hamidia Girls Degree College as a teacher of journalism and is now with us.

Ananda Banerjee:

Ananda Banerjee originally hails from Naini and is a valued news correspondent at OurPlatforms. He previously served in regional and national newspapers, including the likes of Dainik Bhaskar. His long term association with Allahabad comes in handy while covering sensitive cases. He is currently looking after the crime news section but also participates in discussions regarding public welfare.
